Heat Sinks

Heat sinks are passive heat exchangers which dissipate heat from electronic or mechanical devices and make the device's temperature optimal level. Heat sinks are used with power transistors and optoelectronics where the heat dissipation ability of the component itself is insufficient to moderate its temperature.
