LM2903WDT is a low-power dual-voltage comparator. This voltage comparator designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. The input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage. All pins are protected against electrostatic discharge upto 2kV. Consequently, the input voltages must not exceed the VCC+ or VCC magnitudes.
- Single supply voltage range is +2V to +36V or dual supply voltage range is ±1V to ±18V
- Very low supply current is 0.4mA independent of supply voltage (1mW/comparator at +5V)
- Low input bias current is 25nA typ
- Low input offset current is ±5nA typ
- Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
- Low output saturation voltage is 250mV typ. (IO = 4 mA)
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
- 2kV ESD internal protection, case style is SO-8
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
