RA0 Series

  • Cost‑efficient, ultra‑low‑power performance – Arm Cortex‑M23 CPU up to 32MHz
  • Memory: Up to 128kB Flash with up to 16kB RAM
  • Operating voltage: 1.6V-5.5V

RA2 Series

  • Excellent balance of cost, performance, and ultra‑low power – Arm Cortex‑M23 CPU up to 48 MHz
  • Memory: 16kB to 256kB Flash with 16kb to 32kB RAM
  • Operating voltage: 1.6V-5.5V

RA4 Series

  • Power/performance balance – Arm Cortex M33 CPU up to 100MHz
  • Memory: 256kB to 1MB Flash with 128kB RAM
  • Operating voltage: 2.7V-3.6V
     
 

RA6 Series

  • Advanced, performance - Arm Cortex M33 CPU up to 200MHz
  • Memory: 512kB to 2MB Flash with 256kB to 512kB RAM
  • Operating voltage: 2.7V-3.6V


     

RA8 Series

  • Advanced, power‑optimized performance – Arm Cortex‑M85 CPU up to 480MHz (higher frequencies available on select RA8 groups)
  • Memory: Up to 2MB Flash with up to 1MB RAM
  • Operating voltage: 1.62V-3.6V

With a shared design framework, these series offer feature and pin compatibility—allowing easy scalability and code reuse, accelerating time-to-market.
