The Vishay VJ series are high capacitance multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with X7R dielectric material for commodity and high frequency applications. This safety certified surface mount (SMD) capacitors are reliable replacement for leaded capacitors. X7R dielectric material exhibits change in capacitance with respect to case. MLCC dielectric material is incorporated with metal electrodes are subjected to high temperature. Conductive barriers are integrated on either ends of chip for complete connection.
