CGA9P4X7T2W105K250KE is a CGA series general-type automotive grade multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is a surface-mounted component, in which multilayer dielectrics and inner electrodes are stacked alternately. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and high reliability. Also, outstanding frequency characteristics such as low ESR and low ESL are provided owing to the simpler structure than other capacitors. It is used in smoothing and decoupling use in power lines for automotive applications such as ADAS, autonomous driving system ECU, LC resonance circuits, and applications requiring high reliability.
