Taiyo Yuden’s latest NPI expands the AEC-Q200 family of high reliability MLCCs with the addition of 45 capacitors, with temperature ranges from -55°C to up to 155°C and voltages up to 630V. Combining Taiyo Yuden’s strength’s in materials, layering, and printing technologies with strict screening and special process controls, Taiyo Yuden can provide high reliability products with longer life and reduced failure rates. With the addition of AEC-Q200 qualified MLCCs ranging from EIA 0204 to EIA 1206 package sizes and capacitances to 10uF, Taiyo Yuden small size and high capacitance MLCCs can reduce both the number of capacitors needed and board-space used, helping to cut material costs.
