The NCV303LSN30T1G is an ultralow current Voltage Detector with active-low open-drain output. The NCP303 series second generation voltage detector contains a programmable time delay generator. It is specifically designed for use as reset controllers in portable microprocessor based systems where extended battery life is paramount.
