The MUR8100EG is a Switch-mode Power Rectifier with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The ultrafast recovery power rectifier features high temperature glass passivated junction and excellent protection against voltage transients in switching inductive load circuits.
