APX321SEG-7

APX321SEG-7 is a single operational amplifier. It is designed to effectively reduce cost and space at low voltage levels. This device has the capability of rail-to-rail output swing and input common-mode voltage range. Reducing noise pickup and increasing signal integrity can be achieved by placing the device close to the signal source. Typical applications include active filters, general purpose low voltage applications, general purpose portable devices.

• Manufactured in standard CMOS process
• Input offset voltage is 1.7mV typ at TA=25°C, V+=2.7V, V-=0V, VCM=1.0V, VO=V+/2 and RL > 1Mohm
• 5µV/°C typ (TA=25°C, V+=2.7V, VCM=1.0V, VO=V+/2, RL > 1Mohm) input offset voltage average drift
• Input bias current is 10nA at TA=25°C, V+=2.7V, V-=0V, VCM=1.0V, VO=V+/2 and RL > 1Mohm
• Common mode rejection ratio is 63dB typ at 0V = VCM = 2.4V, 2.7V DC supply
