Q-DPAK Full Bridge V2.1 Evaluation Board based on Infineon Solution

It features four SiC MOSFETs and EiceDRIVER(TM) gate driver ICs for isolated voltage supplies. Optimized for high-speed switching through power loop design, the board showcases the optimum usage of high-speed switching devices in Q-DPAK packages, ideal for developers and engineers pushing the boundaries of power electronics.
