Portable Power Tool based on Microchip Solution

Reference Design of a Portable High-Performance BLDC-PMSM motor control Power Tool based on Microchip Solution, the design offers High-Efficiency (longer battery life) and Compact Dimmensions. It provides 12.5V to 28V VBUS Input Voltage range (covers up to 6S battery setup), Maximum output power: 800W, 15A RMS (continuous) and up to 50A RMS (for short time) motor phase current, and it has support for sensored/sensorless motor control algorithms.
