Microsemi Polarfire power rails based on TDK uPOL Power Module Solution

Microsemi PolarFire FPGAs power tree based on TDK Power Modules Solution, saving space and design time without compromising in performance. Some features of the TDK Power Modules are: uPOL Technology includes inductor in a Thermally Enhanced Package providing excellent thermal derating performance. FS1412 and FS1406 provides a quick analog DC-DC Solution for Vout from 0.6V to 1.8V.
