Isolated 3-Phase Motor Current Sensing based on Broadcom Solution
This automotive design featuring Broadcom solutions includes three ACPL-C799T devices for current sensing, one ACPL-0873T for digital filtering, and seven ACPL-312T devices for IGBT gate driving. The ACPL-C799Ts convert the analog voltage signal of the shunt resistor into a single-bit data stream. Then, the digital filter ASIC ACPL-0873T converts the 1-bit data stream into 16-bit serial digital output interface, allowing direct connection to a MCU through SPI.
