Industrial Camera based on SiTime Solution
This reference design focuses on industrial cameras, essential components of modern machine vision systems. Built around a CMOS image sensor, an SoC or FPGA, and high-speed data interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, USB, GMSL, FPD-Link), these systems require precise, reliable timing to function effectively. SiTime MEMS-based oscillators provide the robust, high-precision timing needed to support image capture, processing, and transmission-even in harsh industrial environments. With support for a wide range of fixed frequencies (6-72MHz), excellent signal-to-noise ratio, and resistance to vibration, shock, and contaminants, SiTime solutions ensure dependable performance in applications such as robotics, inspection, medical imaging, motion analysis, and surveillance.
