The SCH16T series offers the best available single package 6DoF performance for industrial applications. The series includes two variants: SCH16T-K01 is suitable for measurements that require high performance from the gyroscope, and SCH16T-K10 is suitable for measurements that require a large range from the gyroscope. The series has excellent linearity and offset stability over full temperature and measurement range, allowing centimeter-level accuracy in machine dynamics and position sensing even in harsh environments.

       SCH16T series offers market leading low gyroscope noise levels and flexible digital output options for demanding applications.

  • ±2000 °/s (SCH16T-K10) or ±300 °/s (SCH16T-K01) angular rate measurement range
  • ±16 g (SCH16T-K10) or ±8 g (SCH16T-K01) acceleration measurement range
  • Auxiliary digital accelerometer channel with up to ±26 g dynamic range
  • Gyroscope bias instability down to 0.3 °/h (SCH16T-K01) or 2 °/h (SCH16T-K10)
  • Gyroscope noise density level down to 0.4 m°/s/√Hz (SCH16T-K01) or 6 m°/s/√Hz (SCH16T-K10)
  • Options for output interpolation and decimation
  • Data ready output, timestamp index and SYNC input functions for clock domain synchronization
  • −40...110 °C operating temperature range
  • 3.0...3.6 V supply voltage, 1.7…3.6 V I/O supply
  • SafeSPI v2.0 interface
  • 20-bit and 16-bit output data, selectable via SPI frame
  • Extensive self-diagnostic features
