STMicroelectronics STM32C5 series
Time to set new performance standards for cost-sensitive devices in embedded applications while ensuring design simplicity in development.
Powered by an Arm® Cortex® M33 core and ST’s 40 nm flash platform, the STM32C5 series sets new performance standards for cost sensitive designs, redefining the DNA of entry level microcontrollers. Running at 144 MHz and delivering 593 CoreMark, it offers up to three times the performance of typical Cortex M0+ devices on the market.
It embeds up to 1024 Kbytes of flash and 256 Kbytes of SRAM, along with essential peripherals such as Ethernet, OctoSPI, and FDCAN. A wide package offer, from 20 to 144 pins, and support for temperatures up to 125°C make it suitable for a broad range of mainstream applications.
Crucially, the STM32C5 delivers enhanced performance and integration without impacting end product cost, offering exceptional value within cost sensitive designs.
