Qorvo Switches for Automotive Applications

Qorvo offers a broad portfolio of AEC-Q100 grade 2 and 3 RF switches that can address most connected car RF applications such as LTE/5G NAD (Network Attach Device), eCall switching, Wi-Fi switching and other applications that require RF automotive grade switches.

These switches can operate up to 9 GHz and are available in multiple port configurations such as SP2T, SP3T, SP4T, SP5T, SP6T, SP8T, DPDT and DP4T; and, they support a variety of general purpose, targeted applications and switching needs. The switches are designed in state of the art silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process compliance with AEC-Q100 requirements, hot switching for eCall application and fast switching for Wi-Fi applications.
