Single Board Computers

As the name suggests, a single board computer (SBC) is a complete computer with computer processor, chipset, memory, and peripherals integrated into a highly compact single board. SBCs are typically used for low power computing applications where high profile processors or memory size doesnât impact the results much. SBCs donât require any separate expansion boards for functioning. Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone SBC, and Microzed SBC are few examples.
