RF FETs

RF FETs (Radio Frequency Field-Effect Transistors) are a type of transistor where the most current flows in a channel whose effective resistance can be controlled by transverse electric fields that are normally used to amplify weak signals. RF FETs are specified for RF signals and RF applications. They are rated with gain and frequency to use when designing the circuit specifically for RF functions.
