Bipolar Transistor Arrays

BJT arrays are a collection of Bipolar Junction Transistors on a single package. The transistors in a BJT array are more closely matched than a random group of discrete devices, the noise characteristics are better, and the space required on a PCB is smaller. They come in many variations based on their intended application. Types of BJT arrays are PNP transistor arrays, NPN/PNP transistor arrays, and NPN transistor arrays.
