VOMDA1271T

VOMDA1271T is an automotive photovoltaic MOSFET driver with integrated fast turn-off. It obtains all the required current to drive its internal circuitry from the infrared emitter on the low voltage, primary side of the isolation barrier. No power supply is needed to provide VCC. It features a turn-off circuit to achieve a fast turn off of the MOSFET. Typical applications are automotive pre-charge relay, powerwall chargers, gate driver for high voltage MOSFETs, BMS, custom solid-state relays.

• Open circuit voltage of 8.5V typical at IF = 10mA
• Short circuit current at 15µA typical at IF = 10mA
• Isolation test voltage is 3750VRMS
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• SOP-4 package
• Input power dissipation is 80mW
• Power derating is -1.3mW/°C ( Tamb 80°C)
• Pollution degree is 2 according to DIN VDE 0109
