To comply with the new humidity grading system defined under IEC 60384-14: ED. 4.0 2016/AMD1, the Vishay F340 series withstands temperature humidity biased (THB) grade IIIB testing at 85°C, 85% RH for 1000hours at rated voltage with high stability on capacitance, insulation resistance, and dissipation factors. This translates into longer service life under the harshest application conditions for power electronics applications such as automotive battery chargers, renewable energy inverters, motor drives, and UPS.
