TMPM4K Group(2) is an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with FPU. It features operating frequency of 1 to 160MHz, memory protection unit (MPU), serial peripheral interface (TSPI), I2C Interface, 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC), advanced programmable motor control circuit (A-PMD) and operational amplifier (OPAMP). Typically suitable for motor/inverter control/industrial equipment (analogue combo).
