TCR3UM18A,LF(SE is a TCR3UM series ultra low quiescent current, fast load transient 300mA CMOS low dropout general-purpose single-output regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features over-current protection, thermal shutdown function and auto-discharge. This device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices. Application includes power IC developed for portable applications, IoT equipment and wearable devices.

• Quiescent current is 0.34μA typ (Tj = 25°C, IOUT = 0mA, VOUT ≤ 1.5V)
• Ripple rejection ratio is 70dB typ (IOUT = 10mA, Tj = 25°C)
• Control pull down current is 0.1μA typ (Tj = 25°C, VIN = VOUT + 1V)
• Input voltage range from 1.5 to 5.5V (IOUT = 1 mA)
• Temperature coefficient is 75ppm/°C typ (-40°C ≤ Topr ≤ 85°C)
• Discharge on resistance is 7ohm typ (Tj = 25°C, VIN = VOUT + 1V (VOUT less than 1.5V)
• Load transient response is -51mV typ (IOUT = 1mA → 50mA, Tj = 25°C)
