TCR3RM18A,LF(SE is a TCR3RM series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low output voltage noise and ultra-high Ripple rejection ratio. It features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and auto discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1µF can be used with the device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. Used as power IC developed for portable applications.
