XC9285B11CMR-G is a XC9285 series HiSAT-COT® control, 1A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with a built-in P-channel driver FET and N-channel driver FET. The output voltage is internally set in a range from 0.8V to 3.6V increments of 0.05V. Only an inductor and two capacitors were connected externally. HiSAT-COT is a proprietary high-speed transient response technology for DC/DC converter which minimizes output voltage during load fluctuations. It is Ideal for the applications with large instantaneous load fluctuations such as FPGAs and equipment that require stable output voltage. Application includes communication equipment/modules (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/GPS etc.), power supply for MCU/FPGA/ASIC (POL power supply), smart phones/Mobile phones, DSC/camcorder, portable game consoles, wearable devices, active cable/active optical cable.
