PIDG pre-insulated Diamond Grip Terminals are designed for complete and uniform reliability. The preinsulated termination ensures a vibration safe connection of maximum conductivity, and its tensile strength approaches that of the wire itself.

Each PIDG terminal consists of a tin plated copper body, with a specially designed copper sleeve and insulation sleeve fitted over the terminal barrel.

• Inner serrations on the wire barrel gives maximum electrical contact and tensile strength with the conductor
• Copper sleeve provides circumferential insulation support to the wire and allows the wire to be bent in any direction without damaging the wire insulation or conductors
• Insulation sleeves and corresponding tooling are color-coded by wire size for easier identification
