TL082CDT is a general purpose JFET dual operation amplifier. It incorporates well-matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset current, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
- Wide common-mode (upto VCC+) and differential voltage range
- Low input bias and offset current, output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation
- Latch up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs typical
- Supply voltage range from 6V to 36V, input offset voltage is 3mV typical
