STPS2L30A is a 30V, 2A low drop power schottky rectifier in a 2 pin SMA package. It is designed for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptors and on-board DC/DC converters. The STPS2L30 is ideal for use in parallel with MOSFETs in synchronous rectification. Typical applications include cordless appliance, SSD, battery charger, telecom power and DC / DC converter.
