STM6822SWY6F is a 5-pin supervisor with watchdog timer and push-button reset in a standard 5-pin SOT23 package. This supervisor is a self-contained device which provides microprocessor supervisory functions. A precision voltage reference and comparator monitor the VCC input for an out-of-tolerance condition. When an invalid VCC condition occurs, the active low reset output (RST) is forced low (or high in the case of RST). This device also offers an active low push-button (MR) reset input.
