STM32WBA65MIF6TR is an Arm®-based 32bit microcontroller. It is a multiprotocol wireless and ultra-low-power device that embeds a powerful and ultra-low-power radio compliant with the Bluetooth® LE and with IEEE 802.15.4-2015. This contains a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32bit RISC core and operates at a frequency of up to 100MHz. The device integrates a 2.4GHz RADIO supporting Bluetooth® LE, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee®, and concurrent operation modes. This provides support for an array of up to eight antennas and an external power amplifier. The PTA (packet traffic arbitration) interface is supported as well. The device features protection mechanisms for embedded flash memory and SRAM: readout protection, write protection, secure, and hide protection areas.
