STM32F373CCT6 is a mainstream mixed signals MCU with Arm Cortex-M4 core with DSP and FPU, 256KBytes of flash memory, 72MHz CPU, MPU, 16bit ADC comparators. It is a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32bit RISC core operating at a frequency of upto 72MHz, and embedding a floating point unit (FPU), a memory protection unit (MPU) and an Embedded Trace Macrocell™ (ETM). It incorporates high-speed embedded memories (upto 256Kbyte of flash memory, upto 32Kbytes of SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. It features standard and advanced communication interfaces: two I²Cs, three SPIs, all with mixed I²Ss, three USARTs, CAN and USB. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power applications.
