STM32F303RDT6 is a STM32 F3 series mainstream mixed signals 32-bit microcontroller (MCU). It is based on high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core with FPU operating at a frequency of 72MHz, and embedding a floating point unit (FPU), a memory protection unit (MPU) and an embedded trace macrocell (ETM). The family incorporates high-speed embedded memories and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to an AHB and dual APB buses. The device offers 22-ch 4 fast 12-bit ADCs, 7 comparators, 4 operational amplifiers, 2 DAC channels, a low-power RTC, up to 5 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 general-purpose 32-bit timer, and up-to 2 timers advanced control. It also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to 3 I2Cs, up to 4 SPIs (2 I2Ss), 3 USARTs, up to 2 UARTs, CAN and USB. To achieve audio class accuracy, the I2S peripherals can be clocked via an external PLL.
