The P6KE440A from Taiwan Semiconductor is a P6KE series unidirectional transient voltage suppressor in DO-204AC (DO-15) package. It has excellent clamping capability and low dynamic impedance. The leads are pure tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.
