M95M04-DWMN3TP/V is an automotive 4Mbit serial SPI bus EEPROM. This device is accessed by a simple serial SPI-compatible interface running at upto 10MHz. It offers an additional identification page (512bytes) in which the ST device identification can be read. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters that can later be permanently locked in read-only mode. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory). It conforms AEC-Q100 grade 0 qualification.

- Write protection by block: 1/4, 1/2 or whole memory

- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- ESD protection (human body model) is 4000V

- Input leakage current is 2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
