The M95256 devices are Electrically Erasable PROgrammable Memories (EEPROMs) organized as 32768 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus.The M95256 devices can operate with a supply range from 2.5 V up to 5.5 V, and are guaranteed over the -40 °C/+125 °C temperature range. They are compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
