M24C32-DRMF3TG/K is an I²C serial access bus EEPROM. This device is accessed by a simple serial I²C compatible interface running upto 1MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory).

• Operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
• Page size is 32byte, additional write lockable page (identification page)
• Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
• Write cycle endurance is 600k write cycles at 125°C
