LM324WDT

LM324WDT is a low-power quad operational amplifier. It consist of four independent high gain operational amplifiers with frequency compensation implemented internally. They operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low-power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude to the power supply voltage.

• Wide gain bandwidth is 1.3MHz
• Input common mode voltage range includes ground
• Large voltage gain is 100dB
• Very low supply current/amplifier is 375µA
• Low input bias current is 20nA
• Low input voltage is 3mV max, case style is SO14
• Low input offset current is 2nA
• Wide power supply range is (single supply: 3V to 30V) and (dual supplies: ±1.5V to ±15V)
• Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C
