LM2903YQ3T

LM2903YQ3T is a low-power dual voltage comparator. It is designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. In addition, this voltage comparator has a unique characteristic in which the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage.

• Wide single supply voltage range is 2V to 36V or dual supply voltage range is ±1V to ±18V
• Very low supply current is 0.4mA, independent of supply voltage is 1mW/comparator at +5V
• Low input bias current is 25nA typ
• Low input offset current is ±5nA typ
• Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
• Low output saturation voltage is 250mV typ. (IO = 4 mA)
• Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
• TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
• Automotive qualification, case style is DFN8 2x2mm wet table flanks
• Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
