LM2902AWYPT

LM2902AWYPT is a low-power quad operational amplifier. This amplifier consists of four independent, high gain operational amplifier which have frequency compensation implemented internally and are designed especially for automotive and industrial control systems. This amplifier operates from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent for magnitude of the power supply voltage. All the pins are protected against electrostatic discharges upto 800V.

• Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
• Large voltage gain is 100dB, case style is TSSOP14 (automotive grade level)
• Very low supply current per amplifier is 375µA
• Low input bias current is 20nA
• Low input offset current is 2nA, wide power supply range
• Single supply is 3V to 30V, dual supplies is ±1.5V to ±15V
