LDK220M40R

The LDK220M40R is a 4V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator provides a maximum output current of 200mA from an input voltage in the range of 2.5 to 13.2V, with a typical dropout voltage of 100mV. A ceramic capacitor stabilizes it on the output. The very low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise make it suitable for battery powered applications. The enable logic control function puts the device in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 1µA.
