ECMF02-2AMX6 is a common mode filter with ESD protection for USB 2.0 and MIPI D-PHY/MDDI interface. The device is a highly integrated common mode filter designed to suppress EMI/RFI common mode noise on high speed differential serial buses like MIPI D-PHY, MDDI or USB 2.0. Also it can protect and filter one differential lane. Typical applications include mobile phones, notebook, laptop, portable devices and PND.

• High common mode attenuation of -34dB at 900MHz, -20dB between 800MHz and 2.2GHz
• Large bandwidth of 1.7GHz
• Very low PCB space consumption
• Thin package of 0.55mm maximum
