- RoHS 10 Compliant
- Tariff Charges
ADC120IPT is a ADC120 low-power, eight-channel pure CMOS 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter specified for conversion from 50ksps to 1Msps, tested at 1Msps. The architecture is based on a successive-approximation register with an internal track-and-hold cell. The ADC120 features 8 single ended multiplexed inputs. The output serial data is straight binary and is SPI™ compatible. The analogue and digital power supplies operate from 2.7V to 3.6V. The power consumption at 3.3V nominal supply is as low as 6.6mW. Typical applications are shunt resistor detector, analogue multiplexing and conversion, telemetry.
- 8-to-1-channel input MUX, 3.3V operating supply
- Pure CMOS, very low consumption
- SPI, serial digital output, power-down function
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- TSSOP-16 package
- Differential non-linearity is ±0.4LSB typical, offset error is 0.8LSB typical
- Signal-to-noise plus distortion ratio (0 to Fs/2) is 72dB typical
- DC leakage current is 1µA max at AVCC = DVCC = 3.3V, fSCLK = 16MHz, fSAMPLE=1Msps, CL=25pF, Ta=25°C
- Output high voltage is 2.8V minimum at Isource = 1mA
- CS/ hold time after SCLK rising edge is 10ns at AVCC = DVCC = +2.7V to +3.6V
