The SiT3822 is a highly flexible, high frequency, Voltage-Controlled Differential Oscillator (VCXO) that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types with up to ±1600 PPM extremely linear pull range. This differential VCXO is available in any frequency between 220 to 625 MHz, with best-in-class RMS phase jitter of <0.5 ps over 12 KHz to 20 MHz integration bandwidth. Unlike quartz or SAW-based traditional VCXOs, the SiT3822 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5V or 3.3V), frequency stability (±10, ±25 or ±50 PPM) and package (5032 or 7050) options.
