H8SX/1668R group and H8SX/1668M group are a 32-bit CISC microcomputer with a maximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. It is upward pin-to-pin compatible with H8SX/1663 group and supports ROM size from 384K to 1MB. The on-chip peripheral functions have been enhanced with 2 units of TPU, PPG and ADC. And On-chip EXDMAC allows for parallel data transfer on the internal bus and external bus. The H8SX/1668M Group newly added to H8SX/1668R Group this time boasts the addition of LVD/POR functions.
