RX14T is an entry-level, low-end inverter / motor control MCU that expands the RX MCU portfolio offering improved performance and enhanced functions over the RX13T and RX23T MCU groups. The RX14T features a 48 MHz, RXv2 core with a TFU (Trigonometric Function Unit), rich analog and timer functions.
