The AQZ102 is a 1-pole high capacity PhotoMOS Relay with DC type, compact and slim 4-pin SIL. Controls low-level signal power PhotoMOS relays feature extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion. Eliminates the need for a counter electromotive protection diode in the drive circuit on the input side.
