NCV8161BMX280TBG is a NCV8161 linear regulator capable of supplying 450mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analogue circuits, the NCV8161 device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The device is designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. Typical applications are parking camera modules, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth®, Zigbee®, automotive infotainment systems, and other battery-powered applications.

- Ultra-low quiescent current is 18µA typical
- Standby current is 0.1µA typical, very low dropout is 225mV at 450mA

- Stable with a 1µF small case size ceramic capacitors
- AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
- 2.8V voltage rating, XDFN4 package
