The NCV8114ASN120T1G from On Semiconductor is a 300mA CMOS low dropout regulator in 5 pin TSOP package. This LDO provides the engineer with a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications the NCV8114 employs the dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no load. Typical application include parking camera modules, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth®, Zigbee®, automotive infotainment systems and other battery powered applications.
