NCS20091MUTAG

NCS20091MUTAG is a NCS20091 single, operational amplifier (op amp) with 350KHz of gain-bandwidth product (GBWP) while consuming only 20µA of quiescent current per op-amp. The rail-to-rail in/out operation allows the use of the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 350KHz GBWP. Thus, this offers superior performance over many industry-standard parts. Typical applications are automotive, battery-powered/portable, sensor signal conditioning, low voltage current sensing, filter circuits, unity gain buffer.

• Low input offset voltage is 4mV maximum
• Wide supply range from 1.8V to 5.5V
• Offset voltage drift is 1µV/°C typical at VS = 1.8V
